Keeping The Mind Fresh By Working On Multiple Projects

Posted by on June 13, 2015

It can be greatly beneficial and more productive to take on more than one project at a time.

Swapping in and out of different projects can help to refresh ideas and come up with new ones for the other tasks you are working on. It sounds counter-intuitive but working on multiple objectives keeps the mind in motion, always refreshing itself and keeping itself in the loop.

It’s sometimes possible to over do it though. Taking on too much can overload your mind, losing all of the potential ideas you may of had. Maintaining a balance between different projects is essential, but difficult.

Balance projects in order of mental difficulty. It may be necessary at certain points in time to focus on larger, individual projects, but otherwise smaller less stressful projects can be juggled more easily.

It takes time to learn just how much your mind can take on. It’s a long and slow process of building the mental acuity to take on more over time.
