Working Against an Antagonist in Business
Many entrepreneurs view opposition as a negative aspect of running a business. The idea that there is another business who’s sole goal might seem to simply feed off of your own success can put people off of business all together.
While businesses with goals like this do exist, they are certainly not a bad thing and can in fact work to your advantage. If you are running up against a business that seems to be an antagonist to your own, its important to discern how this other business has become involved with yours, in whatever way.
This means figuring out how exactly your business has lead on this other one. Could you of let your own ideas float freely around for others to take, have you opened up a gap in the market and they are simply chipping at the same node. Whatever the case, knowing how the scenario has come about will help you to understand the situation.
